These are the terms and conditions governing this Website.

These conditions and prices apply to UK residents only.

Please read these Terms and Policy before placing an order.

Those living abroad are subject to other terms.

The date on which an order is placed is recorded and signifies your acceptance to these terms and conditions.

Definitions

"Products" means goods including but not limited to artwork printed on photographic materials provided by JS Fine Art Photography.

"Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and other public holidays.

Intellectual Property Rights

All material on this website is copyright and remain the sole property of JS Fine Art Photography.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by JS Fine Art Photography.

An order once placed may not be cancelled by the Customer.

Delivery

The delivery date is an estimate and while JS Fine Art Photography will make every effort to supply products on time, no liability will be incurred for any failure to deliver within the stated timeframe.

JS Fine Art Photography is not liable for any damage caused by delivery. Any damage must be notified, in writing, on the day of delivery quoting consignment number and email address.

Prices

Products are invoiced at the prices prevailing at the time of order. Prices include postage and packaging. Prices are subject to change.

Variations

While we try and ensure that all prices shown are accurate, errors may occur. If there is an error in the price you will be informed as soon as possible to give you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order.

If we are unable to reach you this order will be cancelled and your monies refunded.

Payment

Payment is only acceptable directly via Paypal.

JS Fine Art Photography makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but due to manufacturing tolerances the actual dimensions may vary slightly.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What colour are the Mounts you provide when you frame the photographs?...The colour of the Mount is cream for most images on a very small selection the Mount may be black or a dark blue to give the best look.

What frames do you offer?...All frames are black. The A3 frames are 3/4 inch wide and the other frames are 1/2 inch wide.

Are the images printed on Canvas paper or Canvas cotton?....The canvas images are printed onto 380g tight weave canvas cotton and hand stretched onto the frame

How deep is the Canvas frame?....The canvas frame is 3.4cm deep (1.33" deep)

What is the Canvas Size?....
The A3 Canvas is 42cm x 26cm (16.5" x 10.2")
The A4 Canvas is 26cm x 21.2cm (10.2" x 8.3")

Is the image stretched around the Canvas or are the sides blank?....All images are stretched around the Canvas for image continuity.

What are the payment methods?...All payments are to be made via Paypal

How do I know that my order has been placed?...We will send you an invoice, by email, confirming your order.

What is the complaints procedure?...Our policy is to deal with any problems quickly and fairly.

How long/when will my order be delivered?...Most orders are sent out within 48 hours of our email confirmation, but please allow 3 working days for dispatch to avoid disappointment. When items are out of stock, dispatch may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any delays by email. All items are subject to availability.

What delivery method do you use?...We use a Special Delivery method which is fully trackable for the majority of our orders and only accept UK orders at present.

What are your shipping costs?...All prices shown include shipping, packaging and VAT (where applicable)
